• Caroline Tomkins

    Caroline is a healthcare professional who has undertaken her own yoga practice for many years. After moving to Four Marks, Caroline decided to undertake her Hatha yoga teaching qualification in 2019.

    Caroline teaches Gentle Hatha with a focus on each posture with the breath.

    Caroline also enjoys time outdoors, gardening or walking her two dogs in the local area.

  • Sheree McGregor

    Sheree has been an Osteopath and Naturopath for 33 years and this journey has enabled her to study and practice a wealth of therapies, acupuncture, cranial osteopathy, Applied Kinesiology, Neurolinguistic Programming, Shiatsu that she uses in daily practice with her patients.

    Sheree discovered Yoga very early in life and this has been an integral part of this journey, qualifying as a teacher in 1998. The engagement of slow, mindful movement, postures and breathing has a profound effect on mental and physical health, especially the nervous system.

    Sheree uses all of this knowledge and experience when teaching yoga, yoga is a therapy of self realisation, it creates a deep sense of inner harmony and gives you a zest and joy for living.

  • Olga Kilpatrick

    Olga discovered yoga 12 years ago and has been practicing ever since.

    She is teaching Seasonal Yoga now, after her Seasonal Yoga 200 hours training course. Olga’s approach to yoga remains ever focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release.

    She believes yoga is a practice for everyone, so she teaches beginners, as well as advanced students, everyone is welcome to join the classes.

  • Debbie Smith

    Debbie started to attend yoga classes around 5 years ago, however, it was not until the first COVID lockdown that her love for yoga really grew. Doing on-line classes 5-6 times per week, Yoga made her feel alive, energised, motivated and happy. She was hooked.

    She continued with classes and decided in January 2022 that she wanted to go a step further to train as a Yoga Teacher. Debbie commenced the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course in March 2022 and became an accredited teacher in November 2022.

  • Louise Crow Arnold

    After practising yoga and mediation for over 25 years, Louise trained as a Yoga Teacher in 2018 and is now a 500hr teacher having trained with Rolf Gates (300hr Vinyasa 2022) and Saba Haider, Abhyaasa Yoga, Chicago (200hr 2018) and was a mentor for the Abhyaasa 2019 teacher training. She is a Y12SR accredited space holder and has completed a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

    Louise recognises the powerful effect yoga has on mental and spiritual well-being to help calm the nervous system the “monkey mind.” She hopes to inspire those who practice with her to be mindful and kind to themselves, reminding them that they are a work-IN and not a workout.

    Louise enjoys attending Kirtan, walking, running and cycling in the Hampshire countryside where she relocated back from the USA in 2019 with her husband and three sons.
